NFT Refund
Upon purchasing and/or minting any Non-Fungible Token (NFT) from SuperNormal or a 3rd Party marketplace, you are entering a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity(“you”) and SuperNormal, doing business as SuperNormal ("SuperNormal," “we," “us," or “our”), concerning your right to a refund. You agree that by purchasing and/or minting any Non-Fungible Token (NFT) from SuperNormal or from any 3rd party marketplace, you agree to waive your right to a refund and agree to all the terms stated on this page.
SuperNormal does not offer refunds for NFT's purchased or minted from any platform, including our own.
If you have been hacked, or if SuperNormal has been hacked, there will be no refunds for any NFT(s) that were lost. You bare the sole responsibility for the safety of your NFT(s). SuperNormal does not bare any responsibility for NFT(s) lost during account hacks, airdrops scams, minting scams, fake websites, or any event in which an NFT(s) have been stolen or have disappeared from your blockchain wallet where the NFT(s) was stored.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to the Refund Policy from time to time, without notice. You waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change upon purchasing a SuperNormal NFT. Please ensure that you check the applicable Refund Policy every time you use our Site so that you understand which Policy apply to you. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Refund Policy during your continued ownership and/or holding of any SuperNormal NFT after the date such revised Refund Policy are posted.
